TeamRIDE – Get your heart ready for your classic stye ride with a mix of hills, flats, intervals, and jumps all while you enjoy motivating music, surprise themes, oldies throwbacks, and community building which will separate our ride from the pack!

X-FIT – We put the FUN in FUNctional training! In this 60-minute sweat session you’ll experience creative mind-body warm ups, form and technique coaching, AND a butt kicking- calorie blasting workout! You will be supported and motivated by your workout peers and trainer!

TeamFUSION – Looking to up your fitness game!? TeamFUSION is a fast paced, high intensity, 60-minute, full body workout. You will alternate between high energy cardio intervals using our KEISER bikes with creative strength training intervals using kettle bells, dumb bells, TRX and much more!

TeamBARRE – Tone, Lengthen & Strengthen for creating a that lean flexability you have been after!

TeamFIGHT – Unleash your inner power by using a mix of Martial Arts, Boxing, and MMA inspired (Non-Contact) moves to fight your way to your ultimate fitness.

TeamPOWER is a one-hour, cutting-edge strength training workout designed to get you muscle strong and movement strong.
