TeamPOWER is a one-hour, cutting-edge strength training workout designed to get you muscle strong and movement strong. It combines traditional strength training with full-body, innovative exercises using an adjustable barbell, weight plates, body weight, The STEP®, heart-pounding music, and expert coaching. GET MUSCLE & MOVEMENT STRONG!

TeamTRAIN – Train intentionally and push your limits with these small group total body workouts that incorporate a mix of HIIT (high intensity interval training), strength training, body weight exercises, and functional movement. This program will boost metabolism, burn fat, and strengthen muscles. Great for those who are motivated by being part of a group who are all focused on achieving their personal best!

X-FIT – We put the FUN in FUNctional training! In this 60-minute sweat session you’ll experience creative mind-body warm ups, form and technique coaching, AND a butt kicking- calorie blasting workout! You will be supported and motivated by your workout peers and trainer!

TeamFUSION/Strength – Looking to up your fitness game!? TeamFUSION is a fast paced, high intensity, 60-minute, full body workout. You will alternate between high energy cardio intervals using our KEISER bikes and creative, off the bike, strength training and weight resistance intervals!

TeamFUSION/Plyo – Looking to up your fitness game!? TeamFUSION is a fast paced, high intensity, 60-minute, full body workout. You will alternate between high energy cardio intervals using our KEISER bikes and creative, off the bike, plyometric exercises creating the ultimate cardio experience!

TeamFUSION/Core – Looking to up your fitness game!? TeamFUSION is a fast paced, high intensity, 60-minute, full body workout. You will alternate between high energy cardio intervals using our KEISER bikes and creative, off the bike, core stability exercises to shape your abs and improve your every-day functionality! 

TeamFIGHT – Unleash your inner power by using a mix of Martial Arts, Boxing, and MMA inspired (Non-Contact) moves to fight your way to your ultimate fitness!

TeamBARRE – Tone, Lengthen & Strengthen for creating a that lean flexability you have been after!

TeamBARRE BLEND / TRX – A Barre inspired workout that helps you strengthen, lengthen, and tone every muscle in your body by incorporating Ballet, Pilates, and isometric holds.  PLUS, by blending in TRX functional strength training, you will enhance balance, flexibility, upper body definition, and core stabilization.

TeamYOGA – Take a reprieve from your taxing week by distressing your mind and body while building your focus, strength, and flexibility!

TeamHIIT – High Intensity Interval Training gets you all the benefits of a full body 1 hour workout in just 30 minutes.  This 30 minutes workout will increase your calorie burn for hours!

TeamRIDE 45 – Get your heart ready for this classic stye 45 minute ride with a mix of hills, flats, intervals, and jumps all while you enjoy motivating music, surprise themes, oldies throwbacks, and community building which will separate our ride from the pack!

TeamSPRINT –  A 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using our KEISER bikes to achieve fast results. It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits!

THE OTHER 97% – Even if you are committed enough to exercise for an average of 5 hours per week, this would only be 3% of your week.  What about the other 97%???  Every week this education session will focus on the health factors outside of the gym that are also critically important to your lifespan and health-span including Diet, Hydration, Recovery, Sleep, Supplementation, Injury prevention, Injury recovery, Stress management, Time management/Productivity, Exercise programming,  Motivation, and Mindset.
